Services: Sage & Stone provides commercial landscaping services throughout Texas. The scope, pricing, warranties, payment terms, and client obligations for landscaping services are governed exclusively by the applicable signed proposal or Landscape Services Agreement.

Estimates: Estimates are based on reasonably observable site conditions. Hidden conditions, unforeseen circumstances, code requirements, or requested changes may require additional work and pricing.

Scheduling: Service dates are estimates only and may change due to weather, labor availability, equipment failures, material shortages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Website Use: Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property: All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, pricing, proposals, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Sage & Stone and may not be copied without written permission.

Cookies and Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on the Website. We use LMN (Landscape Management Network), our scheduling and business management software provider, to send these messages on our behalf. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information below. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information such as phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except with our service providers as necessary to deliver the messages.

Your Choices: You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at office@sageandstonelandscapes.com, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP as described above.
