Services: Sage & Stone provides commercial landscaping services throughout Texas. The scope, pricing, warranties, payment terms, and client obligations for landscaping services are governed exclusively by the applicable signed proposal or Landscape Services Agreement.
Estimates: Estimates are based on reasonably observable site conditions. Hidden conditions, unforeseen circumstances, code requirements, or requested changes may require additional work and pricing.
Scheduling: Service dates are estimates only and may change due to weather, labor availability, equipment failures, material shortages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Website Use: Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property: All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, pricing, proposals, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Sage & Stone and may not be copied without written permission.
Disclaimer: Website information is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Sage & Stone is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes relating to this website shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes: We may update these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by posting revised versions on this website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Sage and Stone LLC, doing business as Sage & Stone Landscapes (“Sage & Stone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you visit our website at www.sageandstonelandscapes.com (the “Website”) or communicate with us by email, text, or other electronic messages through the Website.

How We Share Personal Data: We may share the categories of personal data described above with the following categories of recipients: Service providers and contractors who process personal data on our behalf and support our provision of services and the Website, such as website hosting, analytics, and email providers, and our business management software provider, LMN (Landscape Management Network), which we use for scheduling and to send text messages; Our affiliates, if applicable, that are directly involved in operating or supporting our business; and Third parties such as regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or courts, in response to legal process or legal reporting requirements; potential buyers and their advisors in connection with any proposed merger, acquisition, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets; and other parties where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sage & Stone, our clients, or others.We do not sell your personal data to third parties for money.
Cookies and Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on the Website. For more information on how Google collects, uses, and discloses information, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Website may be inaccessible or may not function properly. Our Website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from your browser.
Text (SMS) Messaging: If you provide us with your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you text messages related to your services with us, such as scheduling notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates. We use LMN (Landscape Management Network), our scheduling and business management software provider, to send these messages on our behalf. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information below. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information such as phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except with our service providers as necessary to deliver the messages.
Your Choices: You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at office@sageandstonelandscapes.com, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP as described above. You may also limit the collection of certain information by adjusting your browser or device settings as described above.
