Crandall, TXLandscape development: common questions
What does the Sage and Stone development division build?
The Sage and Stone Landscapes development division builds landscape installations, hardscapes, irrigation systems, entry monuments, fencing, pedestrian bridges, sidewalks and masonry, amenity centers and playgrounds for new community, commercial and industrial developments.
Do you work with land developers and home builders?
Yes. Sage and Stone Landscapes builds for land developers, home builders and community owners, from the entry monument through the full site landscape.
How does a development project run?
Sage and Stone Landscapes walks the site, sends a clear scope with plant and material selections and line-item pricing, builds to spec with one point of contact, then hands the property to its maintenance division.
Can the same company maintain the landscape after it is built?
Yes. The Sage and Stone Landscapes maintenance division can take over a property from day one, so there is no handoff between contractors.
Do you install irrigation and build playgrounds to code?
Sage and Stone Landscapes has a Licensed Irrigator for irrigation installs and a Certified Playground Inspector for play areas.
