Reporting

Complete transparency every step of the way

After each walk, your account manager sends a Property Performance Report. Every item they note is pinned on an aerial of your property, with a photo, a priority and a recommended next step. It's ready to hand straight to owners or the board.

How often you get one depends on your service level. Ask your account manager what fits your property.

Switching contractors

Switching is easier than you think

Most new clients come to us mid-contract. Here is how the handoff works.

  1. 1

    Site walk & proposal

We walk the property with you and send a line-item scope you can compare side by side.

  2. 2

    Transition plan

We line up a start date with your current contract’s notice period, so there is no gap in service.

  3. 3

    First visit

Your crew lead and account manager meet you on site and agree on priorities.

  4. 4

    First 60 days report

A Property Performance Report shows what we fixed, what we found and what comes next.

Commercial landscape maintenance: common questions

What does commercial landscape maintenance from Sage and Stone include?

Sage and Stone Landscapes maintenance covers weekly grounds care (mowing, string trimming, edging walks and curbs, bed weeding, blowing hardscapes and litter pickup), turf, weed and fire ant control, seasonal color, irrigation, enhancements and renovations, and tree, shrub and plant health care.

What kinds of properties do you maintain?

Sage and Stone Landscapes maintains HOAs and master-planned communities, property management portfolios, office parks, retail centers, industrial sites and churches across Dallas–Fort Worth, including Quail Hollow and Granada in Westlake and Cottonwood in Wilmer.

Who applies fertilizer, weed and fire ant treatments?

Sage and Stone Landscapes has a Licensed Chemical Applicator on staff, times treatments for North Texas turf and keeps application records on file.

How often is seasonal color changed?

Sage and Stone Landscapes rotates seasonal color in spring (April), summer (June) and fall (October), as many rotations as your contract sets, with fresh soil and bed prep, using plants chosen for Texas sun and heat.

Do you repair and manage irrigation systems?

Yes. Sage and Stone Landscapes has a Licensed Irrigator on staff and handles system inspections, repairs and adjustments, seasonal controller scheduling and damage reporting.

What irrigation controllers do you use?

Sage and Stone Landscapes uses Weathermatic smart controllers. They adjust run times to the local weather instead of running a fixed schedule all year, which saves water and keeps beds and turf from drying out.

Who do I call when something needs attention?

Every Sage and Stone Landscapes property has one account manager you can reach directly, and service requests get a response the same day.

Not sure what you need?

We'll walk the property and recommend a scope that fits the site and the budget.
