What the community gets

Weekly mowing, edging, bed care and litter pickup. Color at the entries in spring, summer and fall, as your contract sets. A Licensed Irrigator handles irrigation checks and repairs, and a Licensed Chemical Applicator handles turf, weed and fire ant treatments. The full list is on the maintenance page.

Something to show the board

Property Performance Reports cover what was done, what we noticed and what we recommend, with photos. One account manager answers for the property, and service requests get a response the same day.

Entries and amenities

Our development division builds the things boards end up replacing. At Granada we built the stone gated entry. At Cottonwood, a cedar pergola and the landscape around the shaded playground.

HOAs & communities: common questions

Which communities does Sage and Stone Landscapes maintain?

Sage and Stone Landscapes maintains HOAs and master-planned communities across Dallas–Fort Worth, including Quail Hollow and Granada in Westlake and Cottonwood in Wilmer.

Can you take over from our current landscaper mid-contract?

Yes. Sage and Stone Landscapes walks the property, sends a line-item proposal and sets a start date that lines up with your current contract's notice period, so there is no gap in service.

What do we get to show the board?

Sage and Stone Landscapes sends Property Performance Reports that show what was done, what the crew noticed and what it recommends, with photos. Ask your account manager how often your property gets one.

Can the same company build a new entry or amenity and then maintain it?

Yes. The Sage and Stone Landscapes development division builds entry monuments, walls, pergolas and amenity landscapes, and its maintenance division keeps them up afterwards, so there is no handoff between contractors.

Have a property for us to look at?
