What we build

Entry monuments, stone and retaining walls, gated entries, fencing, pedestrian bridges, sidewalks, irrigation, amenity centers and playgrounds, plus the landscape around all of it. More on entry monuments and hardscapes.

Two communities, start to finish

At Eastland in Crandall we built the stone tower monument, a steel and timber pedestrian bridge and stone pillars with cedar fencing. At Addison Hills in Cedar Hill, the entry monument, the trail and the pavilion and playground.

How a job runs

We walk the site and send a scope with plant and material selections and line-item pricing. Crews build to spec with one point of contact. Then our maintenance division can take the property from day one.

Do you install irrigation and build playgrounds to code?

Sage and Stone Landscapes has a Licensed Irrigator for irrigation installs and a Certified Playground Inspector for play areas.

Who maintains the landscape after it's built?

The Sage and Stone Landscapes maintenance division can take over a property from day one, so there is no handoff between contractors.
