What do you do on the system?

We inspect the system, repair what's broken and adjust what's off. Controller schedules change as the seasons change. When we find damage, we report it to you.

What controllers do you use?

We use Weathermatic smart controllers. They adjust run times to the local weather instead of running a fixed schedule all year.

Who does the work?

Our team includes a Licensed Irrigator, so irrigation repairs are done to code.

Need a new system instead?

New systems and expansions are development work. See irrigation installation. On a property we maintain, irrigation usually sits in the same contract as grounds maintenance and seasonal color.

Irrigation management & repair: common questions

Do you repair and manage commercial irrigation systems?

Yes. Sage and Stone Landscapes has a Licensed Irrigator on staff and handles system inspections, repairs and adjustments, seasonal controller scheduling and damage reporting.

What irrigation controllers do you use?

Sage and Stone Landscapes uses Weathermatic smart controllers. They adjust run times to the local weather instead of running a fixed schedule all year, which saves water and keeps beds and turf from drying out.

Why change the controller schedule during the year?

A schedule set for the heat of summer waters too much in the cooler months. Sage and Stone Landscapes adjusts controller schedules with the seasons so water use stays in line with what the property needs.

Can you install a new irrigation system?

Yes. The Sage and Stone Landscapes development division installs new irrigation systems and expansions, and the maintenance division can manage the system after it's running.
