What does the program cover?
A fertilization program for the turf. Pre-emergent control to stop weeds before they come up, and post-emergent control for the ones that get through. Fire ant treatment. Weed control in the beds, too.
Who applies it?
A Licensed Chemical Applicator on our team handles the treatments. We keep application records on file, so you have them when a board or owner asks.
Where does it fit?
Most properties run this in the same contract as grounds maintenance. Bed weeds get handled along with bed cleanup and seasonal color.

What's the difference between pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control?
