Landscape enhancements and renovations for maintained properties

Sage and Stone Landscapes handles enhancements and renovations on the commercial properties it already maintains across Dallas–Fort Worth. That means bed renovations, plant replacements and mulch refreshes, quoted line by line so a board or owner can approve them quickly.

What counts as an enhancement?

Renovating a bed that has gone thin. Replacing plants that died or outgrew their spot. Refreshing mulch across the property. Upgrades that raise curb appeal past what the weekly work can do.

How does it get approved?

Your account manager sends a quote with each item priced on its own line. Approve all of it, part of it, or hold some for next year's budget.

Bigger than a bed?

New landscapes and hardscapes are built by our development division. See landscape installation and hardscapes. For trees in trouble, start with tree care.
